OnResearch began in 2001, as an innovator in online research. Our goal has always been to provide our clients with creative thinking and new solutions.

Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities and added varied experience to our team. We’ve become experts in bringing new ideas to life through software and our research and consulting skills. Through trying out new ideas, we found innovative ways to track customer journeys and build better paths for these journeys.

Position Summary

As Senior Manager, Customer Success (Research), reporting to the Vice President, Customer Success, you will play a key role in supporting the provision of strategic insight to our clients in the delivery of professional research services. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business issues and needs in order to develop and design appropriate research solutions while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You are conversant in traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research design, with experience managing key market research projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is an innovative thinker possessing drive, curiosity, resourcefulness and intelligence, with a passion for matching science with insight to provide actionable research solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Manage, coordinate and implement multiple market research projects simultaneously, within timelines and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in our Customer Success, Customer Strategy and Technology teams to oversee all project operational components.

Relationship Management:

  • Work with clients, and external partners/vendors, in consultation with the Vice President, Customer Success, to develop and design appropriate solutions based on the research approaches and products that are best suited to meet clients’ needs.

Research Development:

  • Develop proposals, deliver research design, design research instruments such as moderator guides and survey questionnaires and deliver methodological advice to our clients.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Perform data analysis and verification, draw conclusions, glean insights, prepare top line reports and results presentations; make recommendations from the data results based on the client’s requests and business issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years’ experience in a professional research role across a broad range of B2B and B2C sectors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Strong offline and online qualitative and quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights and tell a story with research findings and data
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Demonstrated experience with SPSS and Tableau a must
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques including performing regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Work well in team environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience

Position Summary

As Analyst, Research, you will focus on providing analytics research support to help drive business results for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your analytics experience and skills supporting our clients’ research projects. You will also have experience or exposure to various research analytics methodologies that are used to analyze quantitative and qualitative study data. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines., allows you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides day-to-day research analytics support in the fulfillment of client research deliverables
  • Viewed as a "team player"
  • Works with client teams to assist in the creation of measurement-focused insights to optimize strategy and program development
  • Responsible for the development of quantitative & qualitative analyses which leads to strategic insights
  • Support aspects of the research process from proposal writing and research design, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports
  • Work with external research partners on sourcing sample, performing data processing tasks and producing analysis and reports in order to ensure accurate and concise deliverables
  • Maintain a high standard of quality assurance of outgoing analysis and reports to ensure deliverables meet standards expected by clients and senior leadership
  • Support Senior Staff on day-to-day project operations including: project status updates, support on proposal development, project management, resource planning, etc.
  • Effectively distill data into coherent analysis, insights and ultimately actionable recommendations in straight forward and simple language
  • Other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager

Required Experience & Skills

The Analyst, Research must have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, social sciences or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a professional research role
  • A demonstrated ability to think critically, analytically, and solve problems
  • Experience with SPSS a must
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools a plus, i.e., Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in statistics as it relates to population distribution, frequencies, ratios, central tendencies (mean, mode, median), dispersion (range, variance, standard deviation), variables analysis (univariate, bivariate, multivariate) and continuous & discrete variables
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics including factor analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint analysis, driver analysis a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data in an effective and meaningful way
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to analyze, organize and integrate substantial amounts of data and information in clear and concise manner
  • Contribute to development of best practices for future research analytics strategies
  • Ability to collaborate, develop and implement research measurement strategies
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, able to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
